β-防御素2在呼吸系统的表达与调控 被引量:2

摘要 呼吸系统作为机体与外界环境沟通的主要门户,每天至少要吸入15~20mm^3的空气,直接面临自然界中大量病原微生物的侵袭。健康机体的呼吸系统借助完整的免疫防御体系来抵御清除外界各种有害微生物的入侵。防御素作为其中的重要组成部分,以其广谱的抗微生物活性及在先天性与获得性免疫中的重要作用,成为近10年来国内外研究的热点。
