Real-time Sampling at a High Speed under Microsoft Windows

实验证明，Windows下使用中断方式无法实现高速实时数据采集。本文分析其原因，给出了实现高速实时数据采集的切实可行方法，并通过了实验验证。

By experiment,it is certified that it is impossible to sample data at a high speed in interruption mode under Microsoft Windows. The reason is analysed and a practical method is given and tested by experiment in this paper.
