摘要
电火花堆焊修复技术具有不损伤基体材质、冶金结合及其修复成本低等优点,在电站设备关键部件修复中的应用比较广泛,但对其焊接接头的抗拉强度的研究在国内外很少介绍。通过巧妙设计焊接接头的形状,测量出焊接接头抗拉强度,为普及和应用该项技术提供了坚实的基础。
As a new repairing technique,electro-spark overlaying welding has many advantages such as less heat input,negligible residual stress and low cost etc,which is widely used to repair the important equipments in power plant.But the tensile strength of these welded joints is not introduced at home and abroad.The welded joints shape is skillfully designed to measure the electro-spark overlaying welded joints,which lays a solid foundation for this technology being widely applied.
