游码式标准力源技术及其试验研究

摘要 论述了游码式标准力源技术产生和施加力值的基本原理,分析研究了这种力源的误差来源及其控制措施,阐述了这种力源装置的结构实现、工作过程控制方法,提出了力值稳定、振动抑制的方法。由伺服马达、位置检测系统分别实现杠杆系统的初始平衡和有载平衡;伺服马达与角位移精确检测的闭环控制系统与精密滚珠丝杠传动实现游码位置准确控制;液体阻尼系统抑制初始平衡的低频摆动,可控摩擦阻尼系统减小和抑制加载过程的杠杆长臂振动;机器工作效能和传感器输出重复性试验证明了这种力源技术的优良性能。 Describes the principle of the standard force generating device with traveling weight and the fundamental of the force generating device, analyzes the error origin of the force generating device and it's controlling method, describes the structure and the process controlling method of the force generating device, put forward the methods for keeping the force value stable and re- straining the vibration. The original balance and the loading balance of the lever was achieved by the servo motor and the position examining system; The precise control Of the traveling weight was carried out by the servo motor, the closed loop control system composing with the angle dis- placement accurately examining, and the precise ball screw transmission, the low frequency swing of the original balance is restrained by the liquid damping system, and the vibration of the long arm during the loading process is decreased by the controllable friction damping system~ the performance of the machine and the repeatability test of the sensor can prove the well performance of the force generating device.
