摘要
探讨不确定性下R&D项目的排程问题,给出完成任务的方案排序原则与任务的串行排序原则,并通过对串行与并行工程的时间——成本分析,提出一个折衷的R&D项目执行程序。
On sufficient and necessary condition for DEA efficiency (C 2R or C 2GS 2) of decision making unit (DMU) two theorems are presented in this paper and used to make researches on sensitivity anslysis in DEA.Thus, in this paper there are some sufficient conditions and a necessary condition to keep a DMU DEA efficient after inputs or outputs of some DEUs are changed.
