摘要
本文在属性集和属性测度理论基础上提出了属性综合评价和决策系统。该系统由三个子系统组成：单指标属性测度分析子系统，多指标综合属性测度分析子系统，识别子系统。
Based on the theory of attribute sets and attribute measure, attribute synthetic assessment system is presented.The system consists of three subsystems:single index attribute measure analysis subsystem, multiple index synthetic attribute measure analysis subsystem, recognition subsystem.
