摘要
设计过程建模及优化对于缩短产品开发时间、提高企业的竞争力具有重大意义。本文提出了面向对象(O-O:Object-Oriented)的设计和并行设计过程建模方法,随后以二级圆柱直齿减速器的设计为例,介绍了以O-O过程模型为基础,以设计结构矩阵为工具的设计活动重组,并比较了重组前后所用时间,取得了明显的效果。
This paper presents an objected oriented design process(including concurrent design process) modeling technology.On the basis of the model,it uses Design Structure Matrix(DSM) to optimize the design process in order to shorten product developing time.An example of designing gear box is given and its times used before and after the optimization are listed,the method has an exciting result.
