浅谈油罐区施工动火的危险性及预防措施

DISCUSSION ON HAZARD OF FIRE WORK IN CONSTRUCTION OF TANK FARMS

在油罐区进行施工动火作业,具有相当大的危险。文中阐述石油产品的性质、火灾危险性分类、施工环境和施工防火危险源的分析,指出油库施工动火多数是处于边生产边施工状态,危险性非比寻常,因此要建立完善的防火防爆保证体系,将安全思想和组织措施贯穿于施工全过程。

Explosion is highly dangerous because it results from various reasons and frequently occurs in the fire work in construction.This paper explains the properties of petroleum products,construction envi- ronment and quality of personnel,and emphasizes that fire work in construction of oil depot is extraordi- narily hazardous because mostly it is carried out with- out unit shutdown.Therefore safety education and or- ganizational measures should be emphasized through- out the whole process of construction.
