摘要
随着我国化学产业的快速发展,出现了许多人为的事故隐患和不安定因素,导致城市化学灾害事故尤其是重特大灾害事故屡有发生。结合我国城市化学灾害事故的特点和形成原因,分析指出建立和完善我国城市化学灾害事故应急救援体系的必要性。
With the rapid development of Chinese chemical industry,many man-made accident hidden troubles and instability factors emerged,which resul- ted in frequent urban chemical disaster accidents,es pecially major and severe disaster accidents.Com- bined with the features and causes of urban chemical disaster accidents in China,this paper points out the necessity of constructing and perfecting the emergency rescue system for urban chemical disaster accidents in China.
