On the Financing of the SMEs in the Evolution Process of Chinese Industrial Clusters

产业集群的形成、成长和成熟是一个循时演进的过程。形成期产业集群内的中小企业融资能力十分有限,影响了集群产业的选择;成长期产业集群内的中小企业资金短缺与融资困难制约了企业的发展。构建科学的中小企业融资体系,对促进中小企业的发展及产业集群的升级具有重要意义。

The formation, growth and maturity of the industrial cluster is a gradual process of evolution. During the formation stage, the financing ability of the SMEs in industrial clusters is very limited, which can affect the correct choice of industrial clusters ; during the growth stage, the financing difficulties and shortage of funds may hamper the development of the enterprises. To construct the scientific financing system for SMEs is of great significance in promoting the development of SMEs and upgrading the industrial clusters.
