摘要
在对神经计算特点分析的基础上，本文提出一种通用的神经计算并行模型ＮＣＰＭ，论述了通用神经计算并行模型的定义以及神经计算并行性开发方法，并对该模型进行了综合评价．
Based on the analyzing of neurocomputing characters, this paper proposes a general-purpose neurocomputing parallel model, which is named NCPM.The definitions of NCPM and developing method of neurocomputing parallelism arediscussed in this paper.
