On Policy Implementation under the Background of Regional Economic Cooperation

在全球经济一体化的背景下,国内各区域合作组织也风生水起。区域政策作为实现区域战略的手段,掌握在区域内各地方政府手中。地方政府对区域政策的执行力度、效度直接影响着区域合作组织的生存与良性发展。文章通过对区域发展过程中存在的执行问题进行原因分析与理论探讨,试图为区域合作组织的良性发展提供现实路径。

Under the background of global economic integration, various of regional co-operations develop rapidly. As a mean to achieve regional strategy, regional policy is in the hands of local governments whose ability and efficiency of implementing regional policy would has direct influence on the development of these regional co-operations. Based on analyzing the problems existing in the implementation of regional policy, this paper tries to offer some suggestion on how to promote the healthy development of regional economic cooperation.
