薪酬制度是人们最关心的也是最敏感的话题,因为它涉及人们的社会生活,涉及员工的切身利益,对调动员工的积极性,推动企业的改革和发展具有重要作用。1978年至今,中国石油工业薪酬制度改革大致经过四个阶段,成果显著、意义重大,影响深远。
Salary system is the most sensitive topic attracting most attention of people, which is because it is related to the social life and personal interest of people, meanwhile contributes to motivate the activity of employers and reform and development of enterprises. Since 1978, there has been four periods in salary system reform in oil industry with obvious fruits, signif icant meaning and far-reaching influence.
