The instructional leadership is the very important responsibility of School-masters. Most of them care about how to lead instruction effectively. In America, many schoolmasters use a new technique ＂Classroom Walk-Throughs＂ in their instructional leadership. After introducing its genesis and connotation, the focus is to study the procedures and methods, the advantages and limits looking for- ward to inspirating us.
