加味黄芪汤治疗老年气虚型便秘临床观察

Clinical Observation of Supplemented Decoction of Astragali seu Hedysari Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Constipation Owning to Qi Deficiency

目的观察加味黄芪汤治疗老年气虚型便秘的疗效。方法治疗组36例服用汤药,对照组18例服用果导片,观察大便质地、性状等。结果治疗组有效率为100%,对照组有效率为61.2%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论加味黄芪汤治疗老年气虚型便秘疗效确切。

Objective To obverse the therapeutical effect of supplemented decoction of Astragali seu Hedysari decoction in the treatment of senile constipation owning to qi difeciency.Methods 36 treantment group was taken the decoction while the controlled-group was taken Phenolphthalein tablet.Characteristics of stool was observed.Results The effective power of treatment group was 100% while the controlled-group was 61.2%. By comparison,there is an obvious differecnce（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The therapeutical effect of decoction in the treatment of senile constipation owning to qi difeciency is good.
