均衡教育资源问题探析

How to Balance the Education Resources in Constructing the Harmonious Society

均衡教育资源是构建和谐社会的最佳体现、重要保证和根本途径之一,目前我国还存在着教育资源配置不均衡的现实状况,严重影响了构建和谐社会的价值取向和发展进程。只有树立科学的教育资源均衡观,通过加快经济发展,加大并完善教育经费投入等种种有效途径,才能做到在构建和谐社会中均衡教育资源。

Education resources＇ counterpoising is not only an important assurance but also the fundamental approach for constructing harmonious society. Some education resources have not been counterpoised well in recent years, and this problem play a harmful part in constructing harmonious society. Therefore, we must build up a scientific conception-counterpoising education resources, empolder education resources well, and increase education expenditure, especially in weak area. At the same time, we should reform management mechanism of education, improve the efficiency of using education resources, and accelerate the speed of education information construction.
