摘要
文章根据作者在海外长期工作的实践,通过对在国外施工管理工作人员心理变化若干问题的分析,提出"管理以人为本"的理念,为稳定施工队伍、确保工程项目提供借鉴。
According to the author's years of work experience overseas, several problems about overseas construction managerial staffs' psychic changes are analyzed and the notion of "people-oriented management"is put forward, which is helpful to the stability of constructional force as well as the construction project overseas.
