摘要
作为我国国民经济支柱产业的建筑业,要在市场竞争中生存与发展,就必须重视人力资源管理。文章分析了施工企业人力资源的特点,从5个方面提出了加强和改进人力资源管理的措施。
As one of the pillar industries in national economy, the building industry must attach great importance to human resources management in order to survive and progress in market competition. This article analyzes the features of human resources in the construction enterprises and puts forward measures to enhance and improve human resources management from five aspects.
