摘要
首先阐述了高速加工时刀具轨迹必须满足的条件,然后从高速加工编程时的进退刀方式、移刀方式、走刀方式及刀具轨迹的拐角处理等4个方面分析了高速加工刀具轨迹的优化策略。
The necessary conditions for high-speed machining tool path are presented first. The optimization strategies of high-speed machining tool path are analyzed in four aspects, i. e. tool advance, retract, move and feed and comer treatment of tool path.
