摘要
对化妆品用皮肤抗衰老剂1,4-二棕榈酰羟脯氨酸的合成工艺进行了研究。该合成由棕榈酸的酰氯化和棕榈酰氯与羟脯氨酸的缩合两步反应组成。对棕榈酰氯与羟脯氨酸缩合反应的摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度、反应介质、pH等因素进行了考察,得到了适宜的反应条件为:丙酮体积分数为50%、n(羟脯氨酸):n(棕榈酰氯)=1:2.5、pH=9~10、反应温度15℃、反应时间4h。并对反应进行了四因素三水平的正交优化。
1,4-Dipalmitoyl hydroxyroline, an anti-aging agent for cosmetics,was synthesized by two steps, namely acyl chlorination of palmitic acid and condensation with L-hydroxyproline. The influencing factors -such as molar ratio of materials, time, temperature and media of reaction were studied in detail. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: volume ratio acetone was 50%, molar ratio hydroxyproline. palmitoyl chloride was 1:2.5, pH=9 ~ 10, reaction temperature was 15℃, reaction time was 4 h. By using orthogonal test design, the opotimum reaction conditions were obtained.
