文章介绍了江苏省电力公司开展20 kV电网工程标准化设计研究的项目背景、研究目的、意义及成果内容[主要包括220 kV变电站(含20 kV)通用设计、110 kV变电站(含20 kV)通用设计和20 kV配电网通用设计]。这些研究成果对于当前推广实施20 kV中压配电网的建设具有典型的指导意义。
The paper introduced the project background, research purpose, meaning and accomplishment content of standardization design for 20 kV power network project carried out by Jiangsu Electric Power Co. including the general design of 220 kV substation （including 20 kV）, the general design of 110 kV substation （including 20 kV）, and the general design of 20 kV distribution network. These research accomplishments have the typical guidance meaning for extending enforcement of the 20 kV MV distribution network construction.
