Analysis of Abnormal Sound in Automatic Mesh of 1000 MW Unit's Turning Gear

分析邹县发电厂1000 MW机组在自动投入盘车啮合过程中出现问题的原因,并举例介绍上海汽轮机厂生产的K156机型盘车、东方汽轮机厂等单位生产的符合常规的盘车装置啮合逻辑。根据国内机组盘车装置逻辑的设计理论分析,提出目前必须修正该1000 MW机组的盘车装置逻辑,以避免盘车装置各部件造成损坏,影响汽轮机在开停机时的正常盘车。

The Paper analyzes the canses of problems occurring in the automatic mesh of 1 000 MW unit＇ s turning gear in Zouxian Power Plant, and briefs the mesh logics of K156 type turning gears produced by Shanghai Steam Turbine Works and the conventional turning gears produced by Dongfang Steam Turbine Works.Based upon the design theory analysis of domestic unit＇ s turning gears, the paper proposes, it is necessary at present to amend the logic of 1 000 MW unit＇ s turning gears produced by the domestic steam turbine works, to avoid the damages occurring on the various parts of turning gears and the impact on the normal turning of steam turbines during start-up and shutdown.
