摘要
深入分析大亚湾核电站复式低压加热器密封水管穿孔问题,排除了在管材选择、弯头的弯制方式及管线的焊接方面存在问题,得出蒸汽短路是管线穿孔的根本原因,并浅析该设计缺陷潜在的不安全隐患及功率损失,最后提出改进对策,供相关人员借鉴参考。
This paper thoroughly analyzes the erosion problems of priming pipe elbows on the duplex LP heater drain pipes in Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant, eliminates the problems existing in the selection of pipe material, the bending mode of elbows and the welding of pipes, so as to reach a conclusion that, bled steam bypassing is the main reason for pipe erosion-perforation. The paper also briefly analyzes the latent unsafe hidden trouble and power loss arising from the design defects and finally puts forward the improvement countermeasures,providing reference for the related technical persons.
