摘要
教师专业组织是教师群体实现专业自治的专门组织,是一个介于国家与普通教师之间的缓冲组织,是影响教师专业化进程的一股重要力量。教师专业组织的自身构造决定了它极易陷入专家主导型教师教育、组织功能异化和组织生活符号化的误区。要促进教师专业组织的健康发育,所有组织成员应该秉承文化自由、自治的原则,积极求助于倡导组织内的文化宽容、推进专家的文化功能转变、构建和谐的专家——教师文化关系等途径来实现。
The teacher professional organization is a special organization in the realization of professional autonomy for the teacher group, a buffer between the state and a teacher, an important force for teacher professionalization. The unique structure of teacher professional organization determines that it tends to slip into many pitfalls easily such as an expert - dominating teacher education, an alienation of function and symbolic life in organizational life. To promote the healthy development, all members of teacher's professional organizations should uphold the principle of cultural freedom and self - government, should resort to advocate cultural tolerance within it, to promote transformation of cultural function of experts, to develop harmonious cultural relation between experts and teachers.
