摘要
文化养成是教师教育的重要目标。但目前在师资培训中,我们更多关注教师的学科知识与教学技能,较忽视了教师的文化素养,导致了教师文化意识的淡薄,文化素养的降低。为此,我们必须注重教师的文化养成。文化养成意味着教师的成长是文化素养得以全面涵养的过程。教师的文化养成包括文化意识的形成,即形成文化自觉力;文化品性的全面生成,即从实践出发历练文化素养;文化比较力,即从时空之维出发建构文化比较的视野。
the focus of teacher education relies on not only helping teachers form the teaching knowledge and skills, but the cultivation of culture. However, we more or less neglect the formation of teachers' culture competence, which reflects the shortage of culture consciousness in teachers. According to this condition, we should emphasis on teachers' culture cultivation, including culture consciousness, culture competence, and culture comparative abilities.
