摘要
随着基础教育改革的深化和教师教育的转型,新型小学教师培养体系建构必须确立起市场化、开放化、多元化、高层次化等价值取向,采取明确教师教育地位、免收学费和吸引毕业生到农村任教等特殊政策。
As the deepening of elementary education reform and the transition of teacher education, it is necessary to set value orientation of marketing, opening, multiplex and high -level. Some special policies such as defining the position of teacher education, exempting students tuition and attracting the graduates to teach in rural areas are also should be adopted.
