人才培养模式是指在一定教育思想与教育观念的指导下,由教育对象、目标、内容、方法、途径,质量评价标准构成的教学组织过程的总称,是为完成特定的人才培养目标而构建起来的人才培养和策略体系。根据人才培养模式和培养目标的定位,构建全面适应社会经济发展新要求的本科人才培养体系,对立足于以工为主的本科应用型人才培养模式进行了多方面研究与实践。
