企业职业培训课堂教学气氛及其优化

摘要 课堂气氛是教学活动赖以发生的心理背景,是课堂中一种群体的综合的心理状态,它直接影响教学的实效。企业职工职业培训课堂气氛涉及到许多因素,对课堂气氛的两种类型进行了分析,进一步阐述了如何根据成人的心理特点,通过了解企业文化,提高教师的教学能力,建立良好的师生关系,精心组织课堂教学等多种途径来优化职业培训课堂气氛,实现良好的教学效果。 The classroom atmosphere is a kind of psychological background and a group of integrated mental state in which teaching activities happens, so it has a direct impact on teaching effectiveness. The classroom atmosphere involves many factors in Enterprise vocational training. To optimize classroom atmosphere and get the good teaching results in the vocational training, two types of classroom atmosphere are analyzed, many ways to enhance the teaching ability, establish a good relationship between teachers and students , organize classroom teaching process meticulously through the understanding of corporate culture, according to psychological characteristics of adults are illustrated.
