摘要
在全球化背景下,企业的外语竞争力对企业短期目标和长期发展都非常重要。招聘过程是从源头控制员工英语能力,打造外语竞争力的重要手段之一。对当前企业招聘中外语能力评价标准存在的误区进行了分析,并为实现不同目标层次的外语竞争力的企业提出了不同的解决方案。
Under the background of globalization, the enterprise's competitiveness of foreign language is very important to short-term and long-term development goals. Recruitment process is one of the ways to control staff's English ability from the beginning and build English competitiveness. The paper analyzes the wrong area for evaluation criteria of foreign language capacity in current enterprises to recruitment, and provides different solutions for enterprises achieving the different objectives levels.
