本校1999～2007年发表论文统计分析与对策建议

On Statistics and Analysis of the Published Papers from 1999 to 2007 in Kunming Metallurgy College

采用文献计量学方法，对《中国期刊全文数据库》所收录的昆明冶金高等专科学校教学、科研人员1999—2007年在国内公开刊物上发表的论文进行量化统计。着重从国内公开刊物上发文总量、《昆明冶金高等专科学校学报》发文量、按学科类别进行的发文量统计等讨论发文数量；从核心期刊发文率、基金资助论文情况讨论发文质量，对我校近10年来的教学、科研工作进行回顾和总结，分析了存在的问题并提出相关对策建议，以期促进我校教学、科研的进步和发展，提高我校的学术水平和科研实力。

By applying bibliometric method, this paper employs the Chinese Full Text Database to make statistics on the articles written by teaching and research staff from Kunming Metallurgy College during the period of 1999 to 2007, focusing on carrying out a statistical analysis on the outgoing message quantity from domestic public publications, Journal of Kunming Metallurgy College and subject distribution; the outgoing message quality from the core journals, the fund and sustentation-output of articles. Also the paper summaries work on teaching and research in recent 10 years, analyzes the existing problems and makes relative suggestions to promote the progress and development in teaching and research, furthermore to enhance the academic standards and scientific strength.
