摘要
介绍了CJ4.8/4.8 905.5/968.5 172.5缎纹织物的原纱质量指标及生产难点,叙述了整经工序、浆纱工序、穿筘工序、织造工序的主要工艺参数及技术措施,通过优化工艺参数,该品种平均效率达到83.5%,下机一等品率达到34.64%,正品率为99.19%,疵点率为65.04%,匹分为19.0。
In this paper are introduced the raw yarn quality index and the difficulties in producing CJ4.8/4.8 905.5/968.5 172.5 satin fabric with the main processing parameters and technical measures in warping, slashing, read - in and wearing processes detailed. Through optimizing the processing parameters, the average weaving efficiency in producing this product reaches to 83.5% with first class quality finished product being 34.6%, qualified finished product 99.19%, defect rate 65.04% and piece cloth mark 19.0.
