摘要
目的建立利胆片中绿原酸含量的HPLC测定法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱；流动相：乙腈旬．4％磷酸溶液（13：87）；流速为1．2ml·min^-1；检测波长为327nm。结果线性范围：4．64～23．2mg·L^-1（r=0．9998）。精密度：RSD为1．26％（n=5），平均回收率为98．7％。结论试验表明该方法简便，快速，结果准确，重现性好。
Aim To develop a method for detennination of chlorogenic acid in lidan tablets by HPLC. Method HPLC was used with C18 column,with acetonitrile-0.4 % phosphoricacid （ 13：87 ） as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 327 nm,with a flow rate of 1. 20 ml · min^-1 Results The linearity was obtained over the range of 4.64 - 23.2 mg · L^-1 （ r = 0. 999 8 ） . The average reeovery was 98.7 % ,and RSD was 1.26% （ n = 5）. Conclusion This method is simple,rapid ,accurate and can be used for the quality eontrol of of lidan tablets.
