摘要
目的建立用高效液相色谱法,测定复方甘草酸苷片中甘草酸单铵含量。方法采用Kromasil 100A C18柱(250mm×4.6mm ID,5μm),以2%的醋酸-乙睛(65:35)为流动相;检测波长为254nm;流速为1.0ml·min^-1。结果甘草酸单铵在80~800mg·L^-1范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.64%,RSD为0.75%。结论该方法简便可靠,精密度高,分离度好,可用于复方甘草酸苷片的质量控制。
Aim To develop an HPLC method for determination of ammonium glycyrrhizinate in compound glycyrrhizin tablets. Method A Kromasil 100A C18 (250 mm× 4.6 mm) was used with a mobile phase of 2% acetic acid solution-acetonitrile (65:35 ). The detection wavelength was 254 nm, and the flow-rate was 1. 0 ml · min^-1. Result Ammonium glycyrrhizinate showed good linear relationship in the concentration range of 80.0 -800.0 mg · L^-1(r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery, was 99.64%, and RSD was 0.75%. Conclusion This method was slmple,fast and stable. It is suitable for quality control of compound glycyrrhizin tablets.
