摘要
目的研究加味半夏泻心汤预防化疗药伊立替康(CPT-11)的延迟性腹泻等不良反应的疗效。方法应用中药加味半夏泻心汤辅助CPT-11联合化疗方案,治疗25例肿瘤患者,观察病人延迟性腹泻以及恶心呕吐、血液毒性的发生率及其程度。结果加味半夏泻心汤能预防CPT-11延迟性腹泻,改善恶心呕吐症状、减轻血液毒性的发生。结论加味半夏泻心汤能预防CPT-11延迟性腹泻的发生,提高治疗的顺应性。
Aim To explore the role of jia wei banxia xie xin tang in the prevention of tardive diarrheatoxicity of irinotecan （CFF-11 ）. Methods 25 cancer patients were treated with CPT-11. Symptoms such as tardive diarrhea, vomiting and hematotoxicity were observed. Resuits jia wei banxia xie xin tang can prevent tardive diarrhea side-effect due to CPT-11 chemotherapy,reduce vomiting and hematotoxicity. Conclusions jia wei banxia xie xin tang can prevent tardive diarrheatoxicity due to irinotecan,and increase compliance of treatment.
