New student recruiting occupies a leading position in RTVU＇s open education. On the foundation of accurate estimating of the achievement of our recruiting work in open education, we must fully recognize the new requirement of it, actively realize the new strategy in our recruiting work, and do our best to expand and enhance our open education, in order to maintain a sustainable, stable and heahhy development of RTVU education.
