Strengthen Regulation and Cultivate the Leading Role of Government in Labor Dispatch

文章从强化规制的角度,分析了发挥政府在劳务派遣中主导作用的原因,并针对原因提出相应的措施。主要有实行劳务派遣用工分类管理、设立行政许可制、建立行政监督机制等。

Labor dispatch system is a new labor employment system to promote more employment, meeting the social needs. Faced with the pressing employment pressure, local governments at all levels in China regard it as an effective channel to solve the employment and propaganda it vigorously. ＂Labor Contract Law＂ also has made more labor provisions. However, because of different national conditions between our country and the western countries, we shouht not regulate the labor dispatch loosely; on the contrary, we should strengthen its regulatory system and cultivate the leading role of the government in the labor dispatch.
