血清P53抗体检测在非小细胞肺癌诊断中的应用
摘要
非小细胞肺癌目前主要以外科治疗为主，但是约有80％的患者在就诊时已经失去手术时机。如何提高肺癌患者的早期诊断水平、治疗水平是重要的研究课题。本研究采用ELISA方法对65例肺癌患者血清中的p53抗体水平进行测定，以探讨其对非小细胞肺癌的临床诊断应用价值。
