By means of logical thinking to study the role of international private law in the peaceful development among nations, it is held that international private law,just us international public law, plays a very important role in the maintenance of world peace and the improvement of international communities. In peaceful time, international private law serves the functions of solving business disputes among nations; coordinating the relations of people＇s personal and commercial affairs, which can not be replaced by other legal regulations in related countries.
