摘要
企业使命陈述是公司战略范畴中的基本构成,在制定过程中也如同战略框架中的其他部分一样,需要面对复杂的环境,并考虑多方面因素。不同企业的使命陈述中所包含的要素往往有很大差异,其所包含要素的内容、频数分布和不同的影响因素也会很多。本文主要针对我国汽车制造企业的使命陈述展开研究,剖析该行业中不同企业使命陈述的共同特征和差异性,揭示产生差异的原因。
Corporate mission statements is the component of business strategy, which also faces the flexible environment and many factors in its decision-making procedure. The mission statements of firms, coming from different regions, industries and scales, are different from each other to some extent, and study on the reasons for content characters and frequency distribution in mission statements is a very interesting field. This paper focuses on the mission statements of vehicle manufacturing firms in China, analyzing the common characters and difference of many statements from those firms in this industry as well as exploring the relationship between the mission statements' content and the characters of those firms.
