眼球摘除术后畸形综合征的矫正

Study on the malformation syndrome rectification after ophthalmectomy

目的矫正眼球摘除术后长期戴义眼者的眼部畸形。方法50位患者(50只眼)首先植入羟基磷灰石义眼台,术后半年应用聚乙烯复合体眼睑插片矫正下睑松弛无力,再通过适宜手术矫正上睑下垂。结果47例Ⅰ期愈合,3例前部球结膜和筋膜局部愈合不良,其中1例未经特殊治疗自行愈合,2例经单纯修复后愈合。结论通过上述手术可使长期配戴义眼者的外观改善,特别是以聚乙烯复合体眼睑插片治疗下睑松弛无力临床疗效满意。

Objective To rectify the ocular region malformation of the patients who wear ocular prosthesis for long-term after ophthalmectomy. Methods First imbedding hydroxyapatite ocular prosthesis to 50 patients＇ simply eye, then after half a year, using polyethylene complex eyelid male tab to rectify chalasis and acratia of the lower eyelid, eventually through suitable operation to rectify ptosis. Results 47 examples were primary healing; 3 examples were partis dys-healed of anteriorpart bulbar conjunctive and fascia, 1 of the 3 examples was healed by itself without any treatment, and the other 2 were healed by simple repair. Conclusions Through the operation above-mentioned the appearance of the patients who wear ocular prosthesis for long-term can be improved, and the clinical curative effect was especially satisfactory by using polyethylene complex eyelid male tab to rectify chalasis and acratia of the lower eyelid.
