Based on the analysis and research of seismic behavior of multi-story residence building, its bearing characteristic is introduced. Then combined with the existing problems in structural design of multi-story residence building, several problems of seismic design and construction drawing checking of multi-story residence building are discussed. Some standpoints and suggests are also given, which could provide referencefor designers.
