大型锅炉钢架分片安装工艺研究

大型散装锅炉的钢架为散件分段出厂,现场进行组对安装.为保证施工质量,通常都是尽量在地面分片组合好,然后分片一次吊装到位.但是,在实际施工中,往往会因为施工现场条件限制,不能实现钢架整体吊装.本文研究在机械条件以及施工现场场地受限,不能满足钢架整体吊装的情况下,钢架安装的一种新工艺.并在具体锅炉安装工程中得到成功应用.

The steel frame of Large bulk boiler is produced in parts and installed in groups on the spot. order to ensure the construction quality, the frame is usually installed on the ground and then hoisted However,in the actual construction, the hoisting of steel frame as a whole can not be achieved because of construction conditions,This paper studies a new technology of streel frame installation under the condition of mechanical limitation and site restriction, which has been successfully applied in specific constructions.
