摘要
TBM(岩石隧道掘进机)刀盘掘进、支撑、出碴要求机、电、液、气、光等各系统协调工作,整个系统由PLC(可编程控制器)进行控制。PLC的I/O接口与TBM各故障监测点连接,能随时监测机器的运行状态。阐明TB880E型TBM中PLC的应用,并举例阐述PLC程序的故障诊断功能。
In TBM （tunnel boring machine）, the cutterhead boring, ground support and tunnel muck hauling need machine, electeic, liquit, air, light, etc, work harmoniously, which are controlled by PLC（Programmble Logic Controller）.The I/O of PLC are joined with the monitoring point of TBM, they can monitoring the running state of TBM. The operating princeple of PLC in TBM of TB880E type is explained and the function of fault diagnosis with PLC is expounded with examples.
