美国研究生教育对我国研究生创新能力培养的启示

Enlightenment from American Graduate Education to Cultivation of Graduates’ Creative Competence in China

借鉴美国研究生教育的经验,首先对我国研究生创新能力培养现状存在的问题进行分析,进而提出创新能力培养的对策。研究表明,研究生创新能力培养问题是一项相当艰巨而复杂的工作,我国研究生教育应从以下几方面进行改革和完善:深化教学改革,优化培养方式;增加科研实践;完善学术环境;提高论文质量,培养创新能力。

This essay examines the issue of how to cultivate graduate students＇ creative competence in China from a perspective American education experiences. The problems of cultivating graduate students＇ creative competence are analysed firstly and then some strategies to deal with the problems are proposed. Through the study, the cultivation of graduates＇ creative competence is an arduous and complicated task which needs us to follow the ensuing advice---to deepen educational reform and optimize the mode of cultivation; to increase the learners＇ opportunities of scientific research and practice; to perfect academic environment; to enhance the quality of their graduation theses to cultivate graduates＇ creative competence.
