在界定高职教育人才培养定位时,应考虑人才层次的高等性、知识能力的职业性、人才类型的技术性、毕业生去向的基层性和一线性等要素。高职教育的培养目标定位为"生产、建设、管理、服务一线的高级技术应用型人才"。

In orientation of higher vocational education, the factors considered should include higher-level hierarchy, professional knowledge and technical type talents and grass-roots employment. The talents＇ training objective in higher vocational education is located as advanced tenical and practical talents to meet with the production, construction, management and service of the first line.
