Analysis of yeast-like fungi from hospital samples during three years

摘要 目的了解3年来我院检出酵母样菌的分布特点及耐药情况。方法用沙氏培养基分离菌株,API生化鉴定菌种;微量液基稀释法测定药敏。结果338份标本分离培养出238株酵母样菌,阳性率71.41%,其中白念珠菌占68.69%;其次热带念珠菌、光滑念珠菌和近平滑念珠菌分别占9.66%、8.82%和5.04%。70株酵母样菌对7种抗真菌药物的耐药率均在10%以上,两性霉素B和制霉菌素耐药率相对较低,分别为11.43%和10%;白念珠菌对氟康唑和伊曲康唑的耐药率高达18.25%和25.92%。结论白念珠菌仍然是我院第一位的机会性致病真菌,且对氟康唑和伊曲康唑有较高的耐药率。 Objective To investigate the characteristics of the distribution and the drug resistance of yeast - like fungi isolated from patients in our hospital from 2004 to 2007. Methods The fungi were cultrured by SAD and identified by API identifiaction system. The antifungal susceptibility was detected by Bact - IST analysis system. Results 238 stains of yeast - like fungi which belonged to 8 species were isolated from 338 samples. Candida albicans was predominant, accounted for 68. 69 % ,followed by C. tropicalis, C. glabrata, C. parapsiosis. 70 stains of Candida were resistant to antifungal drugs in variable degrees. The resistant rate of C. albicans To Amphotericin B and Nystatin were 11.43% and 10%, respectively. The resistant rate of C. albicans to Fluconazole and Itraconazole were 18.25% and 25.92% ,respectively. Conclusions Candida albicans was the predominant opportunity pathogenic Candida in our hospital during the last 3 years. The Fluconazole and the Itraconazole were detected with the highest rate of resistamce of C. albicans
