摘要
根据黑启动的一般准则和山东电网实际情况,制定了山东电网的两个黑启动方案,通过潮流和稳定等大量仿真计算,对该两个案例作了具体而详尽的分析,为今后的现场试验和方案实施提供依据和建议。
Two black-start schemes based on general rules of black-start and actual conditions of Shandong Power Grid were worked out. Detailed analysis of the two schemes is also conducted.
