火电厂球磨机筒内载煤量料位测量的现状与发展 被引量:1

摘要 讨论了电厂球磨机料位测量的常用方法(主要包括差压法、音频法、功率法、振动法、气动差压法、应变法、油压法、物位法、出力法等)和存在的问题。由于单一测量方法均存在缺点,现已开始采用多传感器变量信息融合的软测量技术。介绍了建立软测量模型的一般理论和方法,讨论了当前球磨机料位测量中多种软测量技术的应用情况。展望了球磨机料位测量技术的发展趋势。 The frequently-applied methods for ball mill level measurement, including differential pressure method, audio frequency method, power method, bearing vibration method, etc. , are discussed, as well as existing problems. Since each of these methods has its disadvantages, the soft-sensing technique of multi-sensor variable information fusion has been used in signal measurement. The general theories and methods for building soft-sensing models are proposed, and applications of several soft-sensing techniques to ball mill level measurement are discussed. The development tendency of ball mill level measurement techniques is prospected.
