摘要
为探索在确保湿法脱硫机组高效稳定运行的同时有效降低耗电量,实现节能与减排双赢,对望亭发电厂300 MW燃煤机组脱硫系统运行方式进行分析、试验,通过优化脱硫设备运行方式和加强检修维护等手段,在保证脱硫效率、投运率的前提下,有效地降低了脱硫系统耗电量,取得了良好成效,对同类型发电企业具有很好的借鉴意义。
To explore methods for effectively reducing electricity consumption of the wet flue gas desulphurization system while ensuring its high-efficient and stable operation to realize energy-saving and emission-reducing at the same time, the operational mode of the desulphurization system for a 300 MW coal-fired unit of Wangting Power Plant is studied. The approaches to realize above targets are recommended, such as optimizing the operational mode of the desulphurization equipment and enhancing its maintenance.
