摘要
研究微波辅助提取鲜芦荟叶中芦荟多糖的方法,并通过正交实验优化多糖提取工艺。结果表明,其最佳工艺条件为提取时间为20min、乙醇浓度为90%、微波功率为480W、料液比为1∶8。提取率为0.0765%,与传统水提法比较,微波辅助提取具有速度快,提取率高,操作简便等优点。
The extracting technology of Aloe polysaccharide from Aloe with micro wave was studied using the orthogonal test. Results of tests showed that the optimum microwave-assisted extraction conditions included: ethanol concentration of 90%, extraction time of 20 minutes, the power of microwave of 480 W, solid/ liquid ratio of 1:8. Under this conditions the extraction rate of Aloe polysaccharide was 0.0765%. Compared to traditional extraction method, this method has the advantage of simple procedure and improving extraction yield.
